On May 1, 2020 indie rock band from Sheffield, Crossfire Eagles, released their latest single, ‘Episode’. With influences such as Catfish and The Bottlemen and Foo Fighters this band brings guitar melody-driven songs with catchy hooks to pull you in. They are currently working on new music to record and release a new EP.
‘Episodes’ has an upbeat melody that captures you from the beginning. Its rhythm and chorus have that summertime song feel, making listeners reminiscent of blasting this in their car while driving with the windows down, enjoying the warm weather. They wanted to try to place themselves in their shoes, and have dedicated this track to them as well as those suffering from mental health issues.
Their musical influences are prominent in their songs, creating an interest with new listeners who are fans of those bands to hear more.
