The Misery Made Me North American Tour featuring Silverstein, Dayseeker, SeeYouSpaceCowboy, and One Step Closer took the stage at the Park Theatre in Winnipeg, Canada, on May 2nd. The venue was packed on a sold out show with fans eager to witness the high-energy performances by every band.
One Step Closer took the stage first and delivered a crazy and powerful performance, Highlights of their set included “Dusk” and “Time Spent, too Long” with the crowd two stepping and circle pitting.
SeeYouSpaceCowboy took the stage next and brought their signature chaotic energy to the show. The crowd was moshing and also two stepping as well throughout their set, which included tracks like “Armed with Their Teeth”, “With High Hopes and Clipped Wings” and “Misinterpreting Constellations”
Next up was Dayseeker, who kept the energy level high with their unique blend of metalcore and melodic post-hardcore. Their set included fan favorites like “Drunk” and “Crooked Soul,” and every single song I heard that room shout from the front to the back, hope to see a return from Dayseeker soon in Western Canada, everyone wanted more.
Finally, Silverstein closed out the night showcasing both old classics and new hits. Highlights of their set included cover of Linkin Park “One Step Closer”, “The Afterglow” and “Bankrupt” with the crowd singing along enthusiastically.
