Thursday night was the second night of Jazz Fest at the MTC (Manitoba Theatre Centre) in Winnipeg, the audience was treated to an electrifying evening of music and performance by the talented RÊVE and the soulful Pop/R&B singer-songwriter Preston Pablo. With their unique blend of musical styles and captivating stage presence, they both delivered a memorable show that left the audience wanting more from each artist.
The night kicked off with Preston Pablo taking the stage, with his band. From the moment he started, he had the crowd captivated. His heartfelt lyrics and soulful melodies created an intimate atmosphere, drawing the audience into his world. Songs like “Broken Wings” and “Searching for Home” showcased his ability to craft emotional tunes that spoke directly to the heart. Was great to see him come back to Winnipeg.
After a brief intermission, RÊVE took the stage and delivered a mesmerizing performance that left the audience in awe. With captivating vocals, dancers, catchy lyrics, and undeniable charisma, RÊVE provided a fantastic performance Thursday night at Jazz Fest in Winnipeg. RÊVE played her hits including “Tongue”, “Headphones” and included some new ones from her upcoming album that is due later this year. The artist’s stage presence and talent made for an unforgettable show at the MTC that left the crowd wanting more. Hope to see do a tour in the fall for that record.
