Pink Elefants, who fuse together genres, consists of long time friends Finch (Flores) and Illeven (Joshua Matthew). This Maryland based duo aims to blend multiple different genres together, taking aspects from alternative rock, old school hip-hop and what you would think of when you hear ‘Top 40 pop’. They made their debut into the music scene in 2019 and show no signs of slowing down.
“Sound of Violence” is a blend of soothing beats with melodic lyrics. It showcases more of their hip hop and pop influences over their alt rock ones, but that doesn’t take away any of the talent that is in this release.
