Kristen Zarra
Lead Photographer/Co-Founder
Kristen Zarra is a Photographer based out of Denver, CO. She attended Albright College and graduated in 2013 with a BA in Art and Photography. Music has always been important to her and after graduation is quickly became her main passion.
Over the years she has strived to create captivating images that pulls viewers into the moment. Working as a music photographer allows her to capture the emotion that is felt when you see your favorite artist live, as well as connect with people through her work. She and Alexis were inspired by their passion for music to create their own publication, thus creating Midnight Riot Magazine. She hopes to highlight local and smaller bands as well as national touring artists, graphic designers and all around the people that make the music industry tick.
Alexis Gould
Co-Founder
Alexis is a freelance Graphic Designer and Photographer from New Jersey. She attended Full Sail
University for the Graphic Design program, while minoring in Multi-Media Communications and
Marketing.
Music is a first love for Alexis. By the time she was 16 years old, she had been trained to play the flute,
joined the choir, taught herself to play guitar, and found her love for musical theater. She had made the
decision to study Multi-Media Arts to work in the music industry, and setting the goal for herself to
inspire young artists like herself.
When Alexis isn’t working on a project, you can find her at an Open-Mic Night singing her heart out and
simply having a good time.

Laura is a passionate journalist/editor with a passion for music and world events. She recently completed her Bachelors degree, and strives create a masterpiece with every article.
In her free time, you can find Laura cuddled up with her dog and a good diamond art painting.

Mikey Jablonski
Hi! My name is Mikey and I’m a Winnipeg freelance photographer. You tend to notice me at a lot of local music shows from Pop-Punk, Metal to even the little bars with the country shows.
I try to listen to everything and don’t limit myself with new music I check out. With every shoot I do, I try to find something new to blend with the photos and be unique with it. When I’m not shooting photos I’m usually working in radio or hosting/planning my podcast called The Music Storm Podcast.

Stephanie Batista
Stephanie has been photographing for Midnight Riot Magazine since the beginning! She is a powerhouse of a photographer and can be found covering mostly metal shows.
When she’s not in the pit, she creates lasting memories for couple on their wedding days!

Rachel is a photographer based out of NYC, who isn’t afraid to get into the crowd for the shot!
